Ryan Norton is the GIS Specialist for the town of Foxborough, Massachusetts and is heavily involved in URISA, serving as the incoming chair of the Membership Committee as well as the current President of the New England Chapter. He is excited and looking forward to welcome everyone to Portland, Maine in 2024!
